Soil Moist has been developed to reduce the amount of watering needed to maintain vigorous, healthy plants. Soil Moist is safe to use in all landscape and gardening situations, including vegetable gardens. When mixed in the soil, the Soil Moist crystals will soften and swell as water is added and absorbed. The polymer acts as a water reservoir, releasing water to the plant as the surrounding soil dries.
