WHY? Products with high pH and products
containing peroxyacetic acid (PAA) can cause
standard seals to fail.
HOW? Use Viton (VF) seals for products with acid
to neutral pH (pH 1-7), including most fertilizers,
pesticides, supplements, and surfactants.
Use Aflas (AF) seals for high pH products (pH
7-14), including calcium carbonate, potassium
carbonate, and liquid lime. Use Kalrez (K) seals for
PAA products, such as ZeroTol 2.0 and SaniDate
products.
Perform maintenance every 6-9 months
(Mini) and every 9-12 months (Injection
Seal)
WHY? When seals and O-rings wear out, you lose
accuracy. Wear is normal, so get ahead of it with
simple maintenance.
HOW? Keep Dosatron Mini Maintenance Kits
and Injection Seal Kits on hand. Kits include
