IPM USING
Biocontrol Agents
and Biopesticides

Today’s article is a follow-up to our earlier piece,
“Beneficials & Pesticides – A Dynamic Duo.” It
serves as a planning guide for selecting biopesticides
that are most compatible with biocontrol agents
(BCA), along with tips for incorporating them
at different growth stages of the crop. Naturally,
some aspects are crop-dependent; not all crops
bloom, crop cycles vary in length, and not all
operations propagate their own materials. However,
understanding the basic framework will aid in
developing an IPM* strategy that optimizes all
available tools, enhancing their overall efficiency.
