PP&L continues to bring exciting new genetics to the market
by expanding their Echibeckia™ offering with a new series,
Summerina Glow™, featuring 4 varieties with unique colors
and flower forms. Dizz supports tons of small flowers on dark
stems. Flowers change color as they mature from light peach
tones with deep red centers developing cherry overtones
then maturing to nearly all dark red. Sugar Shake has fully
double flowers with peach tones that change to light pink
and cherry tones outdoors in bright light. Sun’s Up has semi-
double flowers in a clear yellow that holds-up in cool, bright
days. Swoop has a pastel yellow, semi-double flower with a
dark eye. Flowers develop pink tones in bright light and cool
temperatures. All Summerina Glow varieties are hardy in
zones 7 – 9. Recommended pot sizes vary as there are some
size and vigor differences.
